Vireilo Management LLC is a separate legal entity serving as the management arm of Vireilo Ventures LLC. “Vireilo Ventures Management” is the public-facing designation of Vireilo Management LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vireilo Ventures website and related communications. Section 3 applies specifically to the SMS/text messaging program operated and registered by Vireilo Management LLC. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Vireilo Ventures or others.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program name: Vireilo Management LLC (Vireilo Ventures Management) Conversational and Operational Messaging.
Vireilo Management LLC is the registered sender and sole operator of this messaging program and may identify itself publicly as Vireilo Ventures Management. Vireilo Ventures LLC is not the registered sender for this program. The program provides conversational and operational communications to clients, tenants, and business contacts who have requested text communication. Messages may include responses to inquiries, scheduling, property and service communications, and account or transaction notifications. The program is not used for third-party promotional marketing or lead generation.
You may opt in by visiting our public SMS Opt-In page, entering your mobile number, and selecting the unchecked consent box. Consent is specific to this program, is voluntary, and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We retain the submission and disclosure version as a record of consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern charges to your account.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. We may send one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
